Novus Forward Foundation is a non-profit organization that stewards the NOVUS Blockchain: holding its governing charter, administering its grants program, and facilitating network governance. The Foundation does not control the NOVUS Blockchain network itself.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a promise of financial return, appreciation, income, profit, or guaranteed utility. This is consistent with the NOVUS Blockchain Charter, which governs the network and its FRWD token.
Any rewards, distributions, rights, or benefits associated with the NOVUS Blockchain are governed by the technical, governance, tokenomics, and compliance rules in effect at the time, not by anything stated on this Site.
Submitting a grant application does not create any entitlement to funding. All grant decisions are discretionary, subject to review by the Foundation Council, and — where applicable — the proposal and voting procedures set out in the NOVUS Blockchain Charter. Approved grants are subject to a separate written grant agreement.
The Site's design, text, graphics, and other content are the property of Novus Forward Foundation or its licensors, except where otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services not operated by the Foundation. The Foundation is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third party.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
